AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of " et in
the City of Pasco
WHEREAS, all steps and procedures required by law
to vacate the street hereinafter described have been duly
taken and performed; NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That that portion of "C" Street lying
adjacent to the south line of Lots 10 and 11, Block 14,
and the north line of Lots 1 and 20, Block 17, exclusive
of the north 20 feet lying between the west line of Lot 10
and the east line of Lot 11, all in Gantenbein's Addition
to Pasco, be and the same is hereby vacated and the property
so vacated shall vest in the rightful owners thereof and
shall attach to the lots or grounds bordering thereon, all
in a manner provided by law, subject to retention of the
following described easements:
(a) An easement 40 feet in width, being the south
20 feet of the north half and the north 20
feet of the south half of "C" Street, for the
construction, repair and maintenance of public
utilities;
(b) An easement 40 feet in width, being the south
20 feet of the north half and the north 20
feet of the south half of "C" Street, all
lying east of the extended east line of
Lot 11, Block 14, and the extended east
line of Lot 20, Block 17, for public access;
(c) An easement 20 feet in width, being the north
20 feet of that portion of "C" Street lying
adjacent to the south line of Lot 10, Block
14, for the repair and maintenance of a single
overhead electrical power service line.
Section 2. That a certified copy of this Ordinance be
recorded by the City Clerk of the City of Pasco in and with
the office of the Auditor of Franklin County, Washington. Crn
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
