ORDINANCE NO. 21 70
AN ORDINANCE dealing with the salary of Police Court Judge Pro-Tern
by amending Ordinance No. 2123.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2123 be amended by
amending Exhibit II, the salary for Police Judge Pro-Tern. The
amendment will be such as to Increase the maximum per hour pay from
$35 to $65. The Police Court Judge Pro-Tern shall also be paid, if
he or she is from outside the Tr-City area, a salary for travel
time and reasonable expenses incurred in traveling including mileage,
food, and lodging.
Section 2. An emergency is hereby declared necessary for the
protection of the public safety and the public peace in that it is
necessary to employ a Judge Pro-Tern to hear a case in the next few
days and that the current pay allowed may not be adequate.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon
its passage. The City Clerk is hereby directed to Publish this
ordinance.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 7 day
of July , 1980, by a vote of "Yes" to

Washington, and is now and during all of said time was printed in an office maintained
at the aforesaid place of publication of said newspaper That the annexed is a true
copy of a legal advertisement
