HomeMy WebLinkAbout2169 OrdinanceAPP/ROVED AS TO FORM:, (-) ORDINANCE NO. 2169 AN ORDINANCE relating to the amount of the assessment to be borne by and assessed against the nroperty specially benefited by L.I.D. No. 110 by amending Ordinance No. 2167. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 2167 be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows Section 3. The total estimated cost and expense of the \improvement is hereby declared to be $1,665,610. An amount not to exceed $1,490,049 of the total actual cost of the improvement (not including any amounts for additional improvement specially requested by and agreed to by the property owners) shall be borne by and assessed against the property specially benefited by such improvement Included in the local Improvement district herein established embracing as near as may be all property specially benefited by such improvement. The final assessment against any and all parcels of property assessed shall not exceed ninety per cent (90%) of the preliminary assessment against the eronerty as shown on the preliminary assessment role filed with the city clerk. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage and five (5) days following its publication as required by law. PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor of the City of Pasco, Washington, at a special open public meeting of which public notice was given as required by law this 30th day of June, 1980.
