2144
AN ORDINANCE relating to Parks and Recreation and amending Ordinance No 2106
by setting new rates for the swimming pools
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
Section 1 That Section 1 of Ordinance No 2106 be and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows
FEES & CHARGES FOR SWIMMING POOLS
Kurtzman Pool
Memorial Pool
Richardson Pool
Daily Admission
Singles 50
Family 2 00
Season Tickets In-City Out-of-City
Singles 15 00 25 00
Family 30 00 40 00
Instructions
Regular Lessons
Junior and Senior Lifesaving
400 500
800 10 00
Pool Rental
First 2 hours 35 00
Each Additional Hour 5 00
Per Hour, Per Guard 3 00*
*Minimum of Two Guards
If, in the opinion of the Head Guard, additional guards are needed to
adequately supervise the pool, the Head Guard may call them in at the
expense of the group renting the pool
Section 2 This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect on January 1,

Phyllis Graves , being first duly sworn on oath deposes
and says she is the Principal Clerk of the Tri-City Herald,
a daily newspaper That said newspaper is a legal newspaper and has been approved as a
legal newspaper by order of the superior court in the county in which it is published and
it is now and has been for more than six months prior to the date of the publication
hereinafter referred to, published in the English language continually as a daily news-
paper in Franklin County,
Washington, and is now and during all of said time was printed in an office maintained
