ORDINANCE NO. 2138
AN ORDINANCE relating to restriction of parking by amending
Section 10.56.090 of the Pasco Municipal Code.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 10.56.090 of the Pasco Municipal Code
(Ordinance 1793 §4, 1976) be and the same is hereby amended to read
as follows:
P.M.C. 10.56.090 SCHEDULE IV - PARKING PROHIBITED DURING
CERTAIN HOURS ON CERTAIN STREETS. In accordance with Section
10.56.040, and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, no
person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified herein
of any day except Sundays and public holidays within the district
or upon any of the streets or parts of streets as follows:
DISTRICT PROHIBITED
3rd (Clark south to alley,
west side)
Court Street (south side) 10th
Avenue to 14th Avenue
10th Avenue (Henry to Marie -
west side)
3rd (Sylvester to Nixon - east
side)

8 a.m. - 5 p.m. school days
8 a.m. - 5 p.m. school days
Columbia (Tacoma to 5th) 3 a.m. - 5 a.m.
Lewis (Main to 8th) 3 a.m. - 4 a.m.

from Columbia to Clark)

4th ("A" to Shoshone) 3 a.m. - 5 a.m.
Southside of Bonneville (south
side between 3rd and 4th Avenue)
3 a.m. - 5 a.m.
18th Avenue from Park to Henry 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
afters its passage and publication as required by law.
