HomeMy WebLinkAbout2134 OrdinanceAT Eve yn Wells, City Clerk ORDINANCE NO. 213 1 AN ORDINANCE relating to the position of city clerk. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS. Section 1. That Section 2.10.005 be and the same is hereby enacted to read as follows: P.M.C. 2.10.005 CITY CLERK. The city clerk shall be an appointive officer for the City of Pasco The city clerk shall be appointed by the city manager or his designee. The city manager or his designee shall also appoint persons to serve as deputy city clerk, assistant city clerk, or temporary city clerk as necessary and may designate and limit the powers and duties such persons shall have. Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage and publication as required by law.
