ORDINANCE NO. 2131
AN ORDINANCE relating to parking on streets in the City of Pasco
by amending Section 10.56.080 of the Pasco Municipal
Code.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 10.56.080 of the Pasco Municipal Code
(Ordinance No. 2058, §1, 1979) be and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows:
P.M.C. 10.56.080 SCHEDULE III - PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS. In accordance with Section 10.56.030,
and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall at
any time park a vehicle upon any of the following described streets
or parts of streets:

- Between 4th and 5th Avenues
- From 17th Avenue west to State Highway
12 (the By-Pass Highway)
- On the east side from Sylvester Street
north for one hundred forty feet
- 9th Avenue to 11th Avenue
- From 1st Avenue to seventy feet east
- Between 4th and 5th Avenues
- From "B" Street to and including the
Intercity Bridge
- From Pearl Street north to the pedestrian
overpass
Agate Street
Court Street
Fourth Avenue
Lewis Street
Lewis Street
Ruby Street
10th Avenue
20th Avenue
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
after its passage and publication as required by law.
