REGARDING GENERAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF PASCO
AND
HLA ENGINEERING AND LAND SURVEYING, INC. (HLA)
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Capitol Avenue Sanitary Sewer Lift Station (PROJECT)
Engineering Services During Construction
The City of Pasco (City) requests assistance with engineering services during the construction of the
Capitol Avenue Sanitary Sewer Lift Station. It is intended that City staff will perform the majority of
services with HLA providing support services on an as requested basis.
SCOPE OF SERVICES:
HLA will work with City staff to provide professional engineering services during construction for the
PROJECT. As directed by the City, HLA shall provide the following services:
• Review material submittals for compliance with the plans and specifications.
• Make on-site visits to review construction progress is in compliance with the plans and
specifications.
• Attend construction meetings with the City and Contractor.
• Respond to questions during construction.
TIME OF PERFORMANCE:
It is intended the physical construction duration to last 23 weeks, beginning July 25, 2016, and ending
December 30, 2016. This Task Order will be in effect until February 29, 2017. Upon receipt of request
for consultant services from the City, HLA will diligently pursue completion of requested tasks.
FEE FOR SERVICE:
All work shall be performed on a time -spent basis at the normal hourly billing rates included in our
General Agreement with a maximum amount of $15,000.00. This maximum amount may be revised only
by written agreement of both parties.
