Description: Parking and storing semi truck and trailer (license plate 21233RP) at GESA Stadium parking lot. PMC
25.78.020
(1) Violation:
Vehicle(s) parked at a location that is not permitted for off -street parking.
(2) Corrective Action:
Remove vehicle(s) from the location and discontinue parking/storing vehicle(s) at this location or any other unapproved
location.
Description: No City of Pasco business license for M&M Trucking LLC. PMC 5.04.020
(1) Violation:
Engaging in business within the City of Pasco without a required City of Pasco business license.
(2) Corrective Action:
Apply for a City of Pasco business license. Discontinue ALL business activities until such time as a business license can be
obtained. Please call the City Clerk's office at (509) 545 -3402 for information on licensing requirements or to view
requirements online at http://www.pasco-wa.gov/index.aspx?nid=192.

Description: VEHICLES PARKED/STORED ON CITY RIGHT OF WAY (STREET) PMC 10.52.030 (3)
Violation: Parking of unlicensed vehicles on the City streets.
Corrective Action: Properly register and license all vehicles, affixing required stickers and plates or remove all unlicensed
vehicles from the City streets within 24 hours from the date of notification.
Description: OCCUPIED RV ON THIS SITE. PMC 25.69.040 (1)
(1) Violation:
Occupying recreational vehicle(s) overnight while not in a recreational vehicle park.
(2) Corrective Action:
Discontinue occupancy of all recreational vehicles on the property.

Description: Vehicle must be stored behind inclosed fence, not infront of house. PMC 25.70.150 (2) (a-d)
(1) Violation:
Only one (1) inoperable vehicle may be stored outside of a fully enclosed building on the property in any residential zone.
The vehicle shall not be stored upon a public right-of-way or in the front or side yard areas of the property. The vehicle must
be locked and secured at all times it is unattended and must be stored on an approved hard surface (i.e. gravel, asphalt or
concrete) behind a completely enclosed six (6) foot fence, which is fully sight obscuring. All vehicle parts not properly
installed upon a vehicle shall be stored inside a fully enclosed building or within the vehicle itself.
(2) Corrective Action:
Store all inoperable vehicles within an enclosed building (such as a garage or shed). One vehicle may be stored outside an
enclosed building in compliance with the provisions above. All other vehicles must be removed from the property or made
operable. Store all vehicle parts in an enclosed building, within the vehicle or remove the parts from the property.
Description: BARRELS, BUCKETS, PLASTIC TARPS AND SCRAP LUMBER. PMC 9.60.030 (10)
(1) Violation:
Trash, litter, rags, accumulations of empty barrels, boxes, crates, packing cases, mattresses, bedding, excelsior, packing ha y,
straw, or other packing material; lumber or scrap metal not neatly piled or anything which may be a fire danger.
(2) Corrective Action:
Remove and lawfully dispose of all trash, litter, and other debris which is not neatly piled and/or which is a fire danger.
Description: DILAPIDATED FENCING ON THE WEST SIDE OF THIS PROPERTY. PMC 9.60.030 (11)
(1) Violation:
Any unsightly building, billboard, fence, excavation, or other structure, or any abandoned or partially destroyed building,
fence, excavation or structure, or any building, fence, excavation or structure commenced and left unfinished.
(2) Corrective Action:
Make necessary repairs to building(s), billboard(s), fence(s) and/or other dilapidated structures, complete structure or
excavation or demolish and lawfully remove structure(s) from the property.
Description: LARGE AMOUNT OF JUNK, MISCELLANEOUS DEBRIS & TRASH THROUGHOUT THE
PROPERTY. PMC 9.60.030 (6)
(1) Violation:
Any parcel within the City which is filthy, littered or trash-covered due to placing, dropping, disposing, throwing away, or
otherwise discarding litter, garbage, refuse, cans, bottles, paper or paper material, metal, organic or inorganic material on
areas of the property other than approved garbage containers.
(2) Corrective Action:
Remove and lawfully dispose of all litter, garbage, junk or vegetative waste on the property.
Description: Scrap metal, old hot tub, vehicle parts and other debris throughout property. PMC 9.60.030 (9)
(1) Violation:
Scrap metal, ashes, bric-a-brac, broken stone or cement, broken crockery, broken glass, broken plaster, automobile bodies
and/or parts, and all such trash or abandoned material that are not kept in approved containers.
(2) Corrective Action:
Remove all vehicle parts, scrap metal, machinery, disassembled vehicles, etc. from the property or store these items in an
enclosed container or building. Remove and lawfully dispose of all junk items (e.g. any items or which have served their
intended original purpose) and unusable vehicle parts.

Description: NOT AN APPROVED HOME OCCUPATION (AUTO REPAIR BUSINESS) IN THIS RESIDENTIAL
LOCATION. PMC 25.66.040 (1)

(1) Violation:
Home occupation is not CLEARLY subordinate to the principal use of the property as a residence.
(2) Corrective Action:
Discontinue all home occupation activities.
Description: REPEAT-ONLY ONE INOPERABLE VEHICLE PERMITTED OUTSIDE OF AN ENCLOSED
BUILDING, NO STORING IN PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAYS, PARTS STORED IN VEHICLE, VEHCILE LOCKED &
BEHIND 6 FT SIGHT OBSCURING FENCE. PMC 25.70.150 (2) (a-d)
(1) Violation:

VEHICLES IN REAR AREA. PMC 9.60.030 (12)
(1) Violation:
All places used or maintained as junkyards, or dumping grounds, or for the wrecking or disassembling of automobiles, trucks,
tractors, or machinery of any kind, or for the storing or leaving of worn-out, wrecked or abandoned automobiles, trucks,
tractors, or machinery of any kind, or of any of the parts thereof, or for the storing or leaving of any machinery or equipme nt
used by contractors or builders or by other persons.
(2) Corrective Action:
Discontinue wrecking or disassembling automobiles, trucks, etc. Remove and lawfully dispose of all wrecked or abandoned
vehicles, machinery, etc. along with any parts thereof. Discontinue the storage of heavy machinery or equipment (i.e. front
end loaders, dump trucks, backhoes, etc.) at this property.
Description: REPEAT--VEHICLE PARTS LOCATED IN THE REAR OF THIS PROPERTY. PMC 9.60.030 (9)
(1) Violation:
