(1) Propose potential clips for Historic Pasco Railroad segment.
(2) Discuss Altha (Skogley) Simmelink-Perry (NAS Pasco) interview and
propose potential clips for Historic NAS Pasco segment.
B. Discuss potential questions for the following interviewees/segments:
(1) Brad Peck (Moore Mansion)
(2) John Morgan (Schools)

REGULAR MEETING 5:15 P.M. November 9, 2016
I. 5:15—CALL TO ORDER:
II. 5:15—ROLL CALL: Present: Present: Marilynn Baker, Malin Bergstrom, , Devi
Tate, Dan Stafford. Absent: Tom Brandon
III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
A. October 12, 2016—Approved

V. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
A. None
VI. WORKSHOP:
A. Commissioners discussed the second Frank Pontarolo (Railroad) interview for
Historic Pasco Railroad Pasco segment.
B. Commissioners discussed interview scheduling, settings, and potential
questions for Brad Peck (Moore Mansion) and Altha (Skogley) Simmelink-Perry
(NAS Pasco). Commissiner Tate weighed in with insights on Mr. Peck's
schedule and likely willingness to meet on-site at the Moore mansion, and
Commissioner Bergstrom highlighted a draft from a previous interview with
Mrs. Simmelink-Perry.
II. 5:55—OTHER BUSINESS:
A. Update: No news on the Underrepresented Community Grant Proposal
B. Commissioner Stafford shared with the Commission a folder of Moore
Mansion-related historic newspaper articles drawn from library microfilm
prints.
