Description: Parking and storing semi truck and trailer (license plate 2 I 233RP) at GESA Stadium parking lot.
PMC 25. 78.020
(1) Violation:
Vehicl e(s) parked at a location that is not permitted for off-street parking.
(2) Corrective Action:
Remove vehicle(s) from the location and discontinue parking/storing vehicle(s) at thi s location or any other unapproved
location.
Description: No City of Pas co business license for M&MTrucking LLC. PMC 5.04.020
(1) Violation:
Engaging in business within the City of Pasco without a requ ired City of Pa sco bus iness license.
(2) Corrective Action:
Apply for a C ity of Pasco business lic ense. Di scontinue ALL business activities until such t ime as a business li cense

Corrective Action: Properly regi ster and license all veh ic les, affixing required stickers and plates or remove a ll
unl icensed vehicles from the City streets w ithin 24 hours from the date of notification.
Description: OCCUPIED RV ON THIS SITE. PMC 25.69.040 (I)
(I) Vio lation:
Occupying recreational veh icl e(s) overnight whi le not in a recreational vehicle park.
(2) Corrective Action:
Discontinue occupancy of a ll recreational vehicles on the property.

Description: Vehicle must be stored behind in closedfence, not infront of house. PMC 25. 70.150 (2)(a-d)
(I) Violation:
Only one (I) inoperable vehicle may be stored outside of a fully enclosed building on the property in any residential
zone. T he ve hicle shal l not be stored upon a public right-of-way or in the front or s ide yard areas of the property. The
vehic le must be locked and secured at al l times it is unattended and must be stored on an approved hard surface (i.e.
g r ave l, asphal t or concrete) behind a completely enclosed s ix (6) foot fence , which is fully sight obscuring. All vehicle
parts not properly in stall ed upon a vehicle shall be stored ins ide a fully enc lo sed building or within the vehicle itself.
(2) Corrective Action :
Store all inoperable vehicle s within an enclosed building (such as a garage or shed). One ve hicle may be stored outside
an enclosed building in comp I iance with the provisions above. All other vehicles must be r emoved from the property
or made operable. Store a ll vehicle parts in an enclosed building, within the vehicle or remove the parts from the
property.

(I) Violation:
Tras h , litter, rags, accumulations of empty barrels, boxes, crates, packing cases, mattresses, bedding, excelsior, packing
hay, straw, or other packing material; lumber or scrap metal not neatly piled o r anything which may be a fire danger.
(2) Correcti ve Action:
Remove and la wfully dispose of all trash, litter, and other debris w hich is not neatly piled and/or which is a fire danger.
Description: DILAPIDATED FENCING ON THE WEST SIDE OF THIS PROPERTY. PMC 9.60.030 (J J)
(I) Violation:
Any unsightly building, b illbo ard, fence, excavation, or other structure, or any abandoned or partially destroyed
b uilding , fence, excavation or structure, or any building, fence, excavation or structure commenced and left unfinished.
(2) Corrective Action:
Make necessary r epairs to building(s), billboard(s), fence(s) and/or other dilapidated structures, complete structure or
excavation or demolish and lawfully remove structure(s) from the property.
Description: LARGE AMOUNT OF JUNK, MISCELLANEOUS DEBRIS & TRASH THROUGHOUT THE
PROPERTY. PMC 9.60.030 (6)
(I) V iolation :
Any parcel w ithi n the City which is filthy, littered or trash-covered due to placing, dropping, disposing, throwing away,
or otherwise discarding li tter, garbage, r efuse, cans , bottles , paper or paper material, metal, organic or inorganic
material on areas of the property other than approved garbage containers.
(2) Corrective Action:
Remove and lawfully dispos e of all litter, garbage, junk or vegetative waste on th e property.
Description: Scrap metal, old hot tub, vehicle parts and other debris throughout property. PMC 9.60.030 (9)
(I) Violation:
Scrap metal, a s hes, bric-a-brac, broken stone or cement, broken crockery, broken g la ss, broken plaster, automobile
bodies and/or parts, and all such trash or abandoned material that are not kept in approved containers.
(2) Corrective Action:
Remove all veh icl e parts, scrap metal, machinery, disassembled vehicles , etc. from the property or store these items in
an enclosed container or building. Remove and lawfully di spose of all junk items (e.g. any items or which have served
their intended original purpose) and unusable vehicle parts.

Home occupation is not CLEARLY subordinate to the principal use of the property as a residence.
(2) Corrective Action:
Discontinue all home occupation activities.
Description: REPEAT-ONLY ONE INOPERABLE VEHICLE PERMITTED OUTSIDE OF AN ENCLOSED
BUILDING, NO STORING IN PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAYS, PARTS STORED JN VEHICLE, VEHCILE LOCKED
& BEHIND 6 FT SIGHT OBSCURING FENCE. PMC 25. 70. I 50 (2)(a-d)
(I) Violation:

Description: REPEAT--STORAGE OF INOPERABLE VEHICLES, VEHICLE REPAIR AND DISASSEMBLING
OF VEHICLES JN REAR AREA. PMC 9.60.030 (12)
(I) Vio lation:
All places used or maintained as junkyards, or dumping g rounds, or for the wrecking or di sassembling of automobi les,
trucks, tractors, or machinery of a ny kind, or for the storing or leaving of worn-out, wrecked or abandoned automobiles,
trucks, tractors, or machinery of any kind, or of any of th e parts thereof, or for the storing or leaving of any machinery
or equ ipm ent used by contractors or builders o r by other persons.
(2) Corrective Action:
Discontinue wrecking or disassembling automobiles, trucks, etc. Remove and lawfully d ispose of al l wrecked or
abandoned vehicles, machinery, etc. along with any parts thereof. Discontinue the storage of heavy machinery or
equ ipment (i .e. front end loaders, dump trucks, backhoes, etc.) at th is property.
Description: REPEAT--VEHJCLE PARTS LOCATED IN THE REAR OF THIS PROPERTY. PMC 9.60.030 (9)
(I) Violation:
