Hearings Scheduled CEB2016-0118 511 N 9TH AVE - RONALD L & LOEN C COOK, owner Debbie Scott, Code Enforcement Officer Description: BROKEN WINDOW IN THE REAR OF THIS HOUSE. IPMC 304.13.1 (1) Violation: Windows have cracks, holes or are completely broken out. (2) Corrective Action: Repair or replace all damaged or destroyed windows. Description: BACK YARD IS FULL OF DRIED WEEDS AND SOME LIMB DEBRIS. PMC 9.60.030 (16) (1) Violation: Weeds, noxious weeds, grass, and other vegetation which constitutes a fire hazard, encroaches on sidewalks or neighboring properties, is damaging public improvements, impairs the vision of traffic signs or signals, and/or has reached a height of twelve inches (12"). (2) Corrective Action: Eradicate weeds by chemicals, cutting or other acceptable means so that they do not exceed twelve inches (12"), encroach on neighboring properties, constitute a fire hazard, etc. Weeds that are cut or removed by the root must be removed from the property and lawfully disposed of. CEB2017-0031 631 S SYCAMORE AVE - CECILIA FERMIN & JOSE DELGADO, owner Debbie Scott, Code Enforcement Officer Description: FAILURE TO OBTAIN PERMITS FOR SHED ATTACHED TO HOUSE AND STRUCTURE IN REAR YARD PMC 16.04.010 (1) Violation: Failure to secure a City of Pasco building permit. (2) Corrective Action: Discontinue all construction activities and submit an application for a building permit from the City of Pasco (please call (509) 543-5726 for information on permit requirements). If no permit can be obtained, unpermitted construction must be removed. Description: MORE THAN THREE CHICKENS AND ROOSTERS ON THIS PROPERTY. PMC 25.28.030 (8) (1) Violation: Page 1 of 2 CEB Agenda Allowing ONE OR MORE of the following on your property: - More than three dogs and/or three cats, and/or three rabbits and/or three chicken hens or the total amount of animals exceeds six; - Animals are roaming or flying to other properties; - Rooster(s) are being kept on the property; - Structures related to rabbits and/or chicken hens, such as rabbit hutches and/or chicken coops, are not kept at least ten (l0) feet from your property line, exceed six (6) feet in height and/or thirty (30) square feet in size, and/or are not located be hind the rear line of the dwelling; - Structures have become a nuisance due to noise or odors. (2) Corrective Action: Remove excess number of allowed animals and/or rooster(s), control animals from flying or roaming off your property; ensure structures related to rabbits or chicken hens are in an approved location and are of an approved size; discontinue allowing nuisance due to noise or odors. c.
