Hearings Scheduled CEB2016-1534 1308 N 20TH AVE - CSP PASCO LLC, owner ALONSO TORRES, Code Enforcement Officer Description: Drainage from roof is draining onto adjacent vacant lots. IPMC 507.1 (1) Violation: Drainage of roof, paved area, yard or court, or other open areas on the premise is being discharged in such a manner that it creates a public nuisance. (2) Corrective Action: Correct the drainage from the premise so that it ceases to create a public nuisance (i.e. does not drain onto adjacent proper ties, does not cause standing water, etc.). Description: Rain water not maintained on site and draining onto adjacent properties. PMC 25.74.070 (1) Violation: Allowing storm drainage to leave your property. (2) Corrective Action: Retain all storm drainage on your site by way of drainage swales, dry-wells, French drains or other means as approved by the City Engineer. CEB2017-0034 2611 E ALVINA ST - JESUS GARCIA (ETAL), owner Debbie Scott, Code Enforcement Officer Description: NO PERMIT FOR THE TEMPORARY STRUCTURE IN THE REAR YARD. IBC 107.1 (1) Violation: Temporary-type structure has been erected without a building permit from the City of Pasco. (2) Corrective Action: Submit an application for a building permit from the City of Pasco (please call (509) 543 -5726 for information on permit requirements). If no permit can be obtained, the unpermitted structure must be removed. Description: NO PERMIT (PREVIOUS PERMIT B15-0067 WAS ABANDONED) PMC 16.04.010 (1) Violation: Failure to secure a City of Pasco building permit. Page 1 of 2 CEB Agenda (2) Corrective Action: Discontinue all construction activities and submit an application for a building permit from the City of Pasco (please call (509) 543-5726 for information on permit requirements). If no permit can be obtained, unpermitted construction must be removed. Description: EXCESS NUMBER OF CHICKENS AND CHICKENS LEAVING THE PROPERTY. PMC 25.28.030 (8) (1) Violation: Allowing ONE OR MORE of the following on your property: - More than three dogs and/or three cats, and/or three rabbits and/or three chicken hens or the total amount of animals exceeds six; - Animals are roaming or flying to other properties; - Rooster(s) are being kept on the property; - Structures related to rabbits and/or chicken hens, such as rabbit hutches and/or chicken coops, are not kept at least ten (l0) feet from your property line, exceed six (6) feet in height and/or thirty (30) square feet in size, and/or are not located be hind the rear line of the dwelling; - Structures have become a nuisance due to noise or odors. (2) Corrective Action: Remove excess number of allowed animals and/or rooster(s), control animals from flying or roaming off your property; ensure structures related to rabbits or chicken hens are in an approved location and are of an approved size; disconti nue allowing nuisance due to noise or odors. c.
