A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SPECIAL PERMIT FOR WIRELESS
COMMUNICATION FACILITIES AT 4820 ROAD 68.
WHEREAS, Black Rock Consulting, in behalf of Verizon Wireless, submitted an
application for the location of wireless communication facilities located at 4820 ROAD 68. (Tax
Parcel 116 150 065); and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on October 20, 2016 to
review a special permit for the proposed wireless communication facilities; and,
WHEREAS, following deliberations on November 17, 2016 the Planning Commission
recommended approval of a Special Permit for the wireless communication facilities with certain
conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
1. That a Special Permit is hereby granted to Black Rock Consulting in behalf of
Verizon Wireless for the location of wireless communication facilities in a C-1
(Retail Business) Zone under Master File #SP 2016-011 with the following
conditions:
a. The special permit shall apply to parcel 9116 150 065;
b. The property shall be developed in substantial conformity with the
elevations and site plan submitted with the application except as
conditioned herein;
c. The proposed cellular facility must comply with all FCC and FAA
regulations;
d. The special permit shall be null and void if a City of Pasco building permit
is not obtained by December 30, 2017.
