A RESOLUTION approving the Program Year 2017 Community Development Block Grant
Allocations and Annual Work Plan.
WHEREAS, staff has prepared the Program Year 2017 Annual Work Plan for activities totaling
$746,920 from estimated entitlement ($670,000) and unobligated ($76,920) funds; Now,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
Section 1. That the Pasco City Council hereby approves the Annual Work Plan as follows:
Activity
CDBG Program Administration
Civic Center -Youth Recreation Specialist
Martin Luther King Community Center Recreation Specialist
Senior Citizen's Center Recreation Specialist
YMCA Martin Luther King Community Center Recreation Programs
Pasco Specialty Kitchen - Small Businesses (Job Creation)
Peanuts Park Renovation — Phase II Construction
Peanuts Park Renovation — Project Delivery
Code Enforcement Officer
Sidewalk Construction — Senior Center
Sidewalk Construction — Project Delivery

Section 2. That the Pasco City Council hereby approves unfunded and partially funded
projects above as contingencies in the annual action plan; and
Section 3. That the City Manager or his delegate is authorized to sign all agreements in
accordance with the 5 -Year Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan Supplements previously
approved by Council.
