YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Community Development Director of the City of Pasco, Washington, has found that the dwelling structure and property located at 631 S BEECH AVE, in the city of Pasco, situated in Franklin County, Washington, or more particularly described as:TERRACE HEIGHTS LOTS 273 TO 276 BLK 8 , is declared unsafe and unfit for habitation as a result of the following violations: IPMC 108.1.3 Violation Location: Throughout Dwelling Observed Condition: Failure to maintain electrical service to this rental dwelling unit. No heat and no hot water due to no electricity. (1) Violation: Allowing a structure that is in disrepair, lacks maintenance, is insanitary, vermin or rat infested, lacks ventilation or heat, or other essential equipment or is determined to be a hazard for any other reason by the code official to be occupied. (2) Corrective Action: Make all necessary repairs in the time given or, if repairs cannot be made in that time, the structure must be vacated. YOU ARE ADVISED that, due to the unsafe and unsanitary conditions noted herein, the Building Official has ordered the building vacated and posted to prevent further occupancy or use until all Certified Mail Tracking Number 921489690099979( Notice to Vacate Page 1 of 2 CEB2016-1509 Q-) (c 8 required corrective actions are completed, and may proceed to cause the work to be done and charge the costs thereof against the property or its owner.
