Property Use License Agreement
Tri -City Dust Devils Fireworks
This Addendum is made and entered into this 12th day of July, 2016, by and between the
City of Pasco, Washington, a Municipal Corportation ("Owner"), and and Tri -City Dust Devils
("Licensee").
WHEREAS, the Owner and Licensee entered into a Property Use License Agreement for
Fireworks Displays, dated on April 15, 2016, and some Fireworks Displays were cancelled due
to weather conditions, said parties desire to modify the agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED as follows:
Section 1. SECTION III, TERM OF LICENSE is amended to add the following dates:
Thursday and Friday, July 14 and July 15 and
Thursday and Friday, July 21 and July 22
(last day listed in each series is allowable for clean-up and repair only).
Section 2. SECTION IV, PUBLIC NOTIFICATION remains in effect. (Notice shall be given to
all property owners within one mile of the staging premises, advising them of the dates that
fireworks will be displayed.)
Section 3. All other terms and conditions of the license agreement remain the same.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, the Owner and Licensee have caused this Addendum to be
executed on the day and the year first written above.
