In three locations the plans call for Floor Mount fall protection sleeves, but were listed as Core Mount fall protection sleeves on the bid sheet. This change order was negotiated by the City and Contractor, and is limited to the increased cost of materials. Staff recommends approval of this change order being requested as part of Change Order #1 for $3,880.60 plus tax. There are no additional contract days associated with this change order. 0 Page 1
