Hearings Scheduled CEB2016-0360 6811 THREE RIVERS DR - HAYDEN HOMES LLC, owner Rosanna Johnson, Code Enforcement Officer Description: Failure to maintain proper dust control on this active construction site and allowing dust/sand to leave this property. Sand accumulating in the street, storm drains and neighboring yards. PMC 9.56.030, 9.56.040 Violation: Allowing blowing (fugitive) dust to leave the property. Corrective Action: 1) Immediately treat all exposed and/or disturbed soils with an approved dust control treatment (i.e. hydro seed, mulch, landscaping, sprinkler, etc.) to prevent blowing dust from leaving the property. 2) Remove and clean all sand/dirt from the street and storm drains, replacing witches hats as necessary.
