PMC 12.16.030 (I ) Violation : Storage ofrocks, gravel , sand o r othe r substan ces up on the City right of way. (2) Corrective Action: Rem ove all rock/gravel/sand/etc. pi les from the street , s idewalk o r a ll ey. A ll s u c h items mu st be depostited for storage on private property. D escription: Dead/dry weeds, weeds in excess of 12" in height, dty vegetative waste throughout which poses a fire h azard. PMC 9.60.030 (16) (I) Violation: We eds, noxious weeds, grass, and o ther v egetation which constitut es a fire hazard, encroaches o n sid ewalks o r neig hboring properties, is damaging public improve ments, impairs the vision of traffic signs or s ig na ls, and /or has reached a height o f twe lv e inches ( 12"). (2) Correcti ve Action : Eradicate weeds by chemicals, cutting o r other acceptable means so that they do not e xceed twel ve in ches ( 12"), encroach o n neighboring properti es, consti tute a fire hazard , etc. Weeds that are cut or removed by the root must be removed from the property and lawfully di s pos ed of. Corrective Action: Discontinue spray finishing operations at thi s location wh ic h are not located in a s pray room, spray booth or s pray in g space approved for s uc h use. Please call the City of Pasco Building Department for more information at (509) 543-5726. Description: There is no spray paint room or booth located on site for the use of this business "Cheechee 's Garage . PMC 25.70.150 Violation: Auto Body s hop at this location does not have a spray paint room or booth as required by the Internatio na l Bu il ding Code and/or International Fire Code. Corrective Action: Di scontinue u se of the property fo r an Auto Body Shop or install an approved spray paint room or s pray paint booth as required. Description: Failure lo comply with the laws and regulations applicable to this business type. This business is not licensed to perform auto body work.
