Margaret Street sta ting that the re was no front yard , just d irt, pa ll ets were be in g sto red o n the prope1ty, th e camper on th e east s ide o f th e house was occ up ied , Mr. Fre nett was li v ing in the large recreat iona l fi fth-whee l that neve r moved loca ted in t he rear of the ho u se. T h e pro perty was in spected on Apri l I , 2015 a nd o bserved a number of v io la t ion s of the Pa sc o M uni ci pa l Code. A correct io n notice was issued o n Apri l 2, 2 01 5. Ms. Scott stated that s he s poke wit h Mr. Frenett on the pho ne a cou ple of times a nd granted two ex te ns ion s to g ive hi m ti me to br ing t he property into com pl ia nce. A re-inspection of the property revea led that it was st ill in vio lat io n of the Pa sco M u n icipa l Code a nd a notic e of c ivil vio lation was iss ued on November I , 2015. T he property owner was legally notified via certified mai l on N ovember 14, 20 15. Mr. Frenett d id not contact the C ity unt il he appeared at th e Code Board Hearing on October 3. 2015 at wh ic h t ime Mr. Fre nett was made aware that t h is ca se was re scheduled to be heard a t the Nove mber meeting. Based on a fi na l ins pect ion of the property completed on November 5, 20 15 the property is not in comp liance w ith t he Pasco Mu ni c ip al Code at thi s time . The v iolation s s til l in need of correction are: pa ll ets , la ndscapin g issues, occupied rec reat ional vehicle and mi sce llaneou s debri s . (2) Status Report Code Enforcement In spections, October, 2015 This report lists a ll inspections performed by individual staff for the month. To be counted as an "inspection" a wri tten "correction notice" must have been issued as a result of the initial inspection.
