On Augu st 19 , 20 14 a corr ection not ic e for case number CEB2014-18 41 was se nt to the home of the business owner for o utdoo r storage of debri s, materials and multiple ve hi c les re lated to th e hoir1e occ upati on. T he case was c losed o n September 12 , 20 14 and was in comp li ance. A repeat notice of civ il vio lat ion was iss ued o n Aug ust 19 , 20 15 . The propetty owners we re legally notified o n August 26 , 2015 via cert ifi ed mail of the cond iti o ns believed to be repeat violatio ns of th e Pasco Municipal Code. Ba se d on a final in s pection of the property comp leted o n Octobe r I , 2015 the prop erty is not in comp lia nce at this t im e. The City of Pasco recom mended the respondent pay $200 for a repeat pe na lt y and be g iven a n addit ion a l 30 days to abate the v io lation s or pa y a daily penalty of $100 per day fo r I 0 days. Ms. Scott indi cated that the cited v io lat ions on thi s property we re PMC 25.66.040( I) -Scrap metal bu s ine ss be in g done at this locati on, PMC I 0.52.030( 4) -Storage of utility trailer fu ll of metal debr is o n a public street and PMC 5 .0 4.020 -No business li ce nse for ho me occ up atio n at thi s location. The property was in s pected o n Jul y 8, 20 15 and v iol ati on of th e Pasco Municipal Code were observed and determined to be a repeat vio lati o n. A previous notice was se nt o n Augu st 31, 2014 for case number CEB2014-2235 , a corr ect io n notice for storage of utility trailers at thi s location. They rem oved the trailers a nd we re told that they co uld not do a scrap metal busines s at t hi s loca ti on. A repeat notice of c ivil vio latio n was issued o n Se ptember 1 1, 2015 via ce rtifi ed mail. The property ow ners were lega ll y notified o n September 14, 2015 of the co nditi ons believed to be re pea t violat ions of the PMC . Ba se d on a final in spect ion of the propetty co mpl e ted o n September 30, 20 15 the property is in comp li ance at this time.
