(2) Corrective Action: Make necessary repairs to building(s), billboard(s), fence(s) and /or other dilapidated structure s, complete structure or excavation or demolish and lawfu ll y re move structure(s) from the property. Description: LARGE QUANTITY OF TRASH, LITTER AND MISCELLANEOUS DEBRIS IN REAR YARD. PMC 9.60.030 (6) ( 1) Violation: Any parcel within the C ity which is filth y, littered or tra sh-covered due to placing, dropping, disposing , throwing away, or otherwise di scarding li tter, garbage, refuse, cans, bottles, paper or paper material , metal , organic or inorganic material on areas of the property other than approved garbage containers. (2) Corrective Action: Remove and lawfull y dispose of all litter, garbage, junk or vegetative waste on the property. Description: HOUSHOLDAPPLIANCES (SCRAP METAL), AND VEHICLE PARTS. PMC 9.60.030 (9) ( 1) Violation: Scrap metal, ashe s, bric-a-brac, broken stone or cement, broken crockery, broken glass, broken plaster, automobi le bodies and/or parts, and all such trash or abandoned material that are not ke pt in approved containers. (2) Corrective Action: Remove all vehicle parts, scrap metal , machinery, disassembled vehic les , etc. from the property or store these it ems in an enclosed container or building. Remove and lawfully dispose of all junk items (e.g. any it ems or which have served their intended origi na l purpose) and unusable vehicle parts. (2) Corrective Action: Di scontinue all unpermitted work on your property and apply for proper permit(s) to continue work. Description: TWO REC REATIONAL VEHICLES OCCUPIED ON THIS PROPERTY. PMC 25.69.040 (1) ( 1) Violation: Occupying recreational vehicle(s) overnight whil e not in a recreational vehicle park. (2) Corrective Action: Di scontinue occupancy of all recreational vehicles on the property. (2) Corrective Action: Install live g round cover, s uch a s grass, on at least 50% of the front yard portion of your property. (2) Corrective Action: Park ALL vehicles on an approved s urface such as asphalt, gravel or concrete. Description: LARGE AMOUNT OF PALLETS LOCATED JN FRONT YARD OF THIS HOME, CA USING A FIRE HAZARD. PMC 9.60.030 (JO) (1) Violation: Trash, litter, rags, accumulations of empty barrels, boxes, crates, packing case s, mattress es, bedding, excel sior, packing hay, straw, or other packing material ; lumber or scrap metal not neatl y piled or anything which may be a fire danger. (2) Corrective Action: Remove and lawfull y dispose of all trash , litter, and other debris which is not neatly piled and/or which is a fire dan ger. Description: TIRES IN P UBLIC VIEW. PMC 16.04.010 (I) Violation: ABANDONED PERMIT BI 1-2252. Failure to secure a C ity of Pasco building permit. (2) Corrective Action: DISCONTINUE ALL OCCUATION AND RESIDENTIAL OCCUPATION OF THIS PROPERTY UNITL SUCH TIME AS AN ACTIVE PERMIT HAS BEEN OBTAINED TO REMOVE LIVING QUARTERS IN MEZZANINE. Discontinue any construction activities and submit an application for a building pennit from the City of Pasco (please call (509) 543-5726 for information on permit requirements). If no permit can be obtained, unpennitted construction must be removed. Description: SJGN ADVERTJSING A BUSINESS THAT JS NO LONGER A LICENSED BUSINESS IN THE CITY OF PASCO. PMC 17.09.050 (I) Violation: Any sign, including support fTames , now or hereafter existing which no lon ger adverti ses a bona fide business conducted, or a product so ld or service rendered. (2) Corrective Action: Remove the advertising copy by painting or coating out within 30 days. All sign frames and s upports of abandoned signs must be removed within one year of the date of abandonment or business closure. Description: WEEDS IN EXCESS OF 12 INCHES. PMC 9.60.030 (16) (I) Violation: Weeds, noxious weeds, grass, and other vegetation which constitutes a fire hazard, encroaches on s idewalks or neighboring properties, is damaging public improvements, impairs the vision of traffic s igns or signal s, and/or has reached a height of twelve inch es ( 12"). (2) Corrective Action: Eradicate weeds by chemicals, cutting or other acceptable means so that they do not exceed twelve inches ( 12"), encroach on neighboring properties, constitute a fire hazard, etc. Weeds that are cut or removed by the root must be removed from the property and lawfully disposed of. PMC 25.28.030 (8) (I) Violation: Allowing ONE OR MORE of the following on your property: -More than three dogs and/or three cats, and/or three rabbits and/or three chicken hen s or the total amou nt of animals exceeds s ix; -Animals are roaming or flying to other properties; -Rooster(s) are being kept on the property; -Structures related to rabbits and/or chicken hens, such as rabbit hutches and/or chicken coops, are not kept at least ten (10) feet from yo ur property line , exceed s ix (6) feet in height and/or thirty (30) squar e feet in s ize, and/or are not located behind the rear line of the dwelling; -Structures have become a nui sance due to noi se or odors. IPMC 110.1 Violation: The code official has detennined that a structure on this property is so deteriorated or dilapidated or has become so out ofrepair as to be dangerous, unsafe, insanitary or otherwise unfit for human habitation or occupancy, and such that it is unreasonable to repair the structure ; or normal construction has ceased for more than two years.
