present Contract Documents and that the provisions of the previously executed Contract Documents shall

Change Order#1, WWTP Caustic Soda Improvements
Change Order No. 1 reflects the revisions to the W WTP Caustic Soda Improvements listed below. This
change order was negotiated by the City and Contractor to address needed revisions to the project design
prior to beginning construction.
1. Upgrade the proposed Heat Trace system as recommended by the manufacturer and as reviewed
and approved by the Consultant Engineer. $3,978 plus tax.
2. Revisions to the piping and insulation system as recommended by the manufacturer and as
reviewed and approved by the Consultant Engineer. $6,701.46 plus tax.
3. Additional Signage as directed by the Consultant Engineer. $363.41
4. Revisions to the metering pump and valve board as directed by the Consultant Engineer. $326.86
The total change order being requested as part of Change Order #1 is for $11,369.82 plus tax. The
contractor is requesting an additional 23 contract days for time spent in the review and negotiation of the
above change order items.
