A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2016 NSP PROGRAM YEAR ANNUAL
WORK PLAN AND ALLOCATION
WHEREAS, the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) is authorized under Title III
of the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 (HERA), administered by the US
Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD), and subject to both CDBG and HOME
regulations for the purpose of stabilizing neighborhoods negatively affected by foreclosures and
abandoned properties, and
WHEREAS, the City of Pasco estimates $120,000 will be available in program income
from the sale of one foreclosed property, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
Section 1. That the Pasco City Council hereby approves the 2016 Neighborhood
Stabilization Program (NSP)Plan work plan allocation as follows:
2016 Proposed Activities Budget
Restricted for Administration $ 12 000.00
Down Payment Assistance/Minor Rehab $ 54,000.00 2
Down Payment Assistance/Minor Rehab $ 54,000.00 2
$120,000.00 4
