HomeMy WebLinkAbout03052015 Code Enforcement Board ResolutionCITY OF PASCO CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD RESOLUTION RESOLUTION NO. 2015 - 3 A RESOLUTION finding that code violations have been corrected and may be dismissed without penalty, deferring action on certain cases pending proper notification, accepting voluntary correction agreements, and assessing penalties on certain cases. WHEREAS, the City of Pasco has found that there exist conditions on certain properties that constitute violations of the Pasco Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Code Enforcement Board has the authority to affirm, dismiss, or modify notices of civil violations issued by the City: NOW BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD OF THE CITY OF PASCO; That the following cases be dismissed without penalty: Service Reoeat Daily Mone Dismissed Other CEB2014-2398 FRANK BRAZIL CEB2014-2742 P & R CONSTRUCTION LLC CEB2014-2826 J PHILLIP & TERESA WALCHLI CEB2015-0001 JUAN REYES CEB2015-0005 SALVADOR BARAJAS CEB2015-0162 THOMAS L ALLEN Dismissed as unfounded by Board CEB2015-0170 JESUS LARIOS RODRIGUES CEB2015-0175 CAYETANO & AMELIA ROBLERO CEB2015-0183 DAGOBERTO GARCIA (ETUX) CEB2015-0218 BERNARDO & NORMA TORRALBA CEB2015-0219 RAMON & BLANCA E CHAVARRIA CEB2015-0221 GABRIEL & TERESA GUZMON Page 1 of 3 Be it further resolved the following people were not properly notified of alleged violations of the Pasco Municipal Code and hearings for their cases should be deferred until such times as they are properly notified: Service Reheat Daily Monetary Dismissed Other CEB2015-0021 AISSATA SIDIBE Be it further resolved that the Code Enforcement Board accepts or continues the below listed cases and voluntary correction agreements: Service Reheat Daily Monetary Dismissed Other CEB2014-1668 SOHAL DEVELOPMENT LLC CEB2014-2272 RENE (SR) CARDOZA CEB2014-2606 MICHAEL W PRICE CEB2014-2665 LEE A & LYNNE M.
