Hearings Scheduled CEB2015-0302 3008 W WERNETT RD - GARY FOUST, owner Martin Barajas, Code Enforcement Officer Description: Depositing sand, gravel, dirt, and other substances on the City street. PMC 12.16.020 Violation: Hauling or carrying over the paved streets or sidewalks within the City, rock, sand, gravel, or other substances in wagons, trucks, or containers, permitting such substance to spill or drop upon the City streets or sidewalks. Corrective Action: Discontinue any actions that allow rock, sand, gravel, or other substance to be deposited upon the City streets or sidewalks and remove said rock, sand, gravel, or other substance that has been deposited upon the streets or sidewalks. Description: No City of Pasco business license for scrap metal/recycling business. PMC 5.04.020 (1) Violation: Engaging in business within the City of Pasco without a required City of Pasco business license. (2) Corrective Action: Discontinue ALL unpermitted and unlicensed business activities at this location. Description: Work on and around the property has allowed dirt, sand, and dust to be placed on the public street. PMC 9.56.030, 9.56.040 (1) Violation: Allowing dust to leave the property. (2) Corrective Action: Discontinue all activities that allow dust, dirt, and sand to be placed on the street and remove all dirt, sand, and dust from the street that has been placed there. Description: Transporting scrap metal and other items for the purpose of scrapping in and out of a residential district on trucks and trailers, storing some items on the property and in the right-of-way. PMC 9.60.020 (1) (1) Violation: Any action or inaction which unreasonably annoying injuring or endangering the comfort, repose, health or safety of others. (2) Corrective Action: Discontinue any and all activities which violate the provisions of this ordinance, including but not limited to removing CEB Agenda Page 1 of 2 ALL scrap metal items from the property and discontinuing the transport and storage of any scrap metal and/or similar items through a residential district in the City of Pasco. CEB2015-0628 1815 W YAKIMA ST - THOMAS R & DEBBRA K EVANS, owner Debbie Scott, Code Enforcement Officer Description: NCV EXPIRED RENTAL LICENSE #18416 PMC 5.78.010 (Renewal) (1) Violation: Failure to renew your City of Pasco rental license(s). (2) Corrective Action: Renew your City of Pasco rental license and pay all outstanding fees and late fe es. Licenses are to be renewed annually on the first regular business day of January, but in no case later than the last regular worki ng day of February each year. Please call the City Clerk's office at (509) 545-3402 for fee information. IF YOU ARE OUT OF BUSINESS, YOU MUST CALL THE CITY CLERK'S OFFICE AT THE NUMBER LISTED ABOVE. Description: FAILURE TO SUBMIT A HABITABILITY INSPECTION PMC 5.78.020 (1) Violation: A certificate of inspection is required to be submitted to the City for all rental dwelling unit(s). (2) Corrective Action: Submit a certificate of inspection for the rental dwelling unit(s) (call (509) 543 -5743 to schedule a habitability inspection or submit an approved HUD inspection report). c.
