RE: Richardson Park Pool Demolition - Change Order 1
Additional Electrical
Please review and approve the attached change order, and supporting documentation
for additional electrical work necessary to install a new service and disconnect for the
proposed irrigation system and existing park lights. The original intent of the design was
for relocation of existing services only and this work should be considered as a change
in condition.
Submitted costs where for total electrical work, and after negotiation with the contractor,
the City has agreed to pay half of the costs incurred to cover the necessary additional
work to add a new service and disconnect. Staff recommends approving this change
order for $850.00 plus tax.
