Change order # 1 reflects the revision to the 2015 Sewer Repair— Phase 1 project listed below. This
change order addresses the fact that the asphalt patch was more extensive than anticipated due to the
need to widen the trench to provide a safe trench width for the construction of the manhole and sewer
service, given the condition of the existing soil.
This impacted item 5 "Pavement Repair", which was increased in 22 SY.
This is the only change order associated with the 2015 Sewer Repair — Phase 1 project and represents
an increase in the bid amount of 8.9%.
