A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to
consider vacation of a certain alley in Pettit's
Second Addition within the City of Pasco.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco has received
a petition from more than two-thirds of the abutting property owners
requesting the City of Pasco to vacate a certain alley within Block
8, Pettit's Second Addition to Pasco; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing is required on said vacation; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
Section 1. That a public hearing to consider vacation of the
north/south alley in Block 8, Pettit's Second Addition to Pasco,
will be held before the City Council in the Council Chambers at City
Hall, 412 W. Clark Street, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 8:00
p.m., on the 4th day of February, 1930.
Section 2. That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco shall give
notice of said public hearing as required by law.
