BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That the City Manager of the City of Pasco is authorized to
file an application to the United States Department of the Interior,
Heritage Conservation and Recreation Service for Urban Park and
Recreation Recovery Program Assistance, including all understandings
and assurances contained therein, and further the City Manager or
his designee is directed and authorized to be the official representative
of the applicant to act in connection with the application and to
provide such additional information as required.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 3 day
of December , 1979.
