A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to consider vacation
of George Street, Alvina Street, Adelia Street, Fairview Avenue,
Avery Avenue, Harvard Avenue, Princeton Avenue and certain alleys in
Avery's Addition within the City of Pasco.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco has received a
petition from more than two-thirds of the abutting property owners requesting
the City of Pasco to vacate certain portions of George Street, Avery Avenue,
Fairview Avenue, Harvard Avenue, Princeton Avenue, Alvina Street, Adelia Street,
and certain alleys in Avery's Addition; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing is required on said vacation; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO.
Section 1. That a public hearing to consider vacation of the following
described portions of George Street, Alvina Street, Adelia Street, Fairview Avenue,
Avery Avenue, Harvard Avenue, Princeton Avenue and certain alleys in Avery's
Addition within the City of Pasco will be heldbefore the City Council in the Council
Chambers at City Hall, 412 West Clark Street, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of
8:00 p.m., on the 17th of December, 1979.
STREET: That portion of East George Street between North Cedar and
North Avery; North Harvard between East Adelia and East Alvina;
East Alvina Street between North Cedar and North Avery;
East Adelia Avenue between North Cedar and North Avery;
North Fairview Avenue between East Alvina and East Adelia;
North Princeton Avenue between East Alvina and East Adelia;
North Avery Avenue between East Alvina and East Adelia;
in Avery's Addition, Pasco, Franklin County, Washington.
ALLEY: Those portions of North - South Alleys in Blocks 2,3,4,5,
8,9, 10, 11, in Avery's Addition, Pasco, Franklin County,
Washington.
Section 2. That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco shall give
notice of said public hearing as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco, this 5
day of November , 1979.
