A RESOLUTION of the City of Pasco repealing a prior resolution
of the Pasco City Council.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco having found
that an Local Improvement District is not necessary to serve the
vicinity of the Marine Terminal of the Port of Pasco; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That Resolution No. 1276 which was previously passed by the
City Council of the City of Pasco on August 20, 1979, be and the
same is hereby repealed.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 4 day
of September , 1979. y
