A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to consider vacation
of a certain alley within the City of Pasco.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco has received a
petition from more than two-thirds of the abutting property owners requesting
the City of Pasco to vacate a certain alley; and
THEREFORE,
WHEREAS, a public hearing is required on said vacation, NOW,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO.
Section 1. That a public hearing to consider vacation of the
north -south alley in Block 2, O'Keef's Second Addition, will be held before the
City Council in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 412 West C k Street, Pasco,
Washington, at the hour of 8:00 p.m. on the day of CJ hW , 1979.
Section 2. That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco shall give
notice of said public hearing as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 4 day of
September 1979.
