A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to consider vacation
of a portion of Idaho Avenue and a certain alley within the City
of Pasco.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco has received a petition
from more than two-thirds of the abutting property owners requesting the City of
Pasco to vacate a certain portion of Idaho Avenue and a certain alley; and
THEREFORE,
WHEREAS, a public hearing is required on said vacation; NOW,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO.
Section- 1. That a public hearing to consider vacation of the
following described portion of Idaho Avenue and a certain alley within the City
of Pasco will be held before the City Council in the Council Chambers at City
Hall, 412 WesA Clark Street, Pasco, Washington, at the hour or 8:00 p.m., on
the /5- day of w1vAW , 1979
STREET: That portion of North Idaho Avenue lying between
Salt Lake Street and Duluth Street in Frey's
Addition, Pasco, Franklin County, Washington.
ALLEY: That portion of north -south alley within Block
13 in Frey's Addition, Pasco, Franklin County,
Washington.
Section 2. That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco shall give
notice of said public hearing as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 4
day of September 1979.
