A RESOLUTION of the City of Pasco authorizing the city manager to
execute the Grant Agreement for all of the city's
future community development block grant programs.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco has reviewed
the Grant Agreement between the City of Pasco and the United States
Department of Housing and Urban Development; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has found that said agreement is
in the best interests of the City of Pasco and wishes to concur and
execute the same now and in the future; NOW, THF EFORE,
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That the Pasco City Manager be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the agreements between the City of Pasco and the
United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, a copy of
which shall be filed with the city clerk after presentation to the
council.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 4 day
of September ► 1979.
