A RESOLUTION accepting the work done by Sundance Engineering and Construction
under job_ No. 78-3-15, Wehe Avenue Storm Drain.
WHEREAS, the work done by Sundance Engineering and Construction under
Job. No. 78-3-15, Wehe Storm Drain, has been examined by the City Engineer has
found that the work on said project has been completed in accordance with the plans
and specifications of said project, and it appears that the City should now accept
the same and concur in the engineer's recommendation;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That the City Council concurs in the engineer's recommendation and finds that
the work done under job No. 78-3-15, Wehe Storm Drain, has been completed in
accordance with the plans and specifications of said project and that the same be
and is hereby accepted; and that the Department of Labor and Industries and the
Department of Revenue be notified of the acceptance of this work,
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this :16 day of
July 19 79 .
