A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to consider
vacation of 'South Ash'Avenue within':the'City•of. Pasco.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco has received a petition
from more than two-thirds of the abutting property owners requesting the City
of Pasco vacate a certain street, and
wHEREAS, a public hearing is required on said vacation, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO.
Section 1. That a public hearing to consider vacation of the following
described portion of South Ash Avenue within the City of Pasco will be held
before the City Council in the Council Chambers at City 11411, 412 st C1 k
Street, Pasco,•Washington,at the hour of 8:00 p.m., on 10 day of 1979.
That portion of South Ash Avenue lying south of East "_A" Street
and east of the east right-of-way line of the South Oregon Avenue
extension, all in Section 32, Township 9 North, Range 30 East,
W.M., situated in Franklin County, Washington.
Section 2. That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco shall give notice
of said public hearing as required by law.
