A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to consider
vacation of certain streets and alleys in the northeast
Quarter of Section 32, Township 9 North, Range 30 East,
within the City of Pasco.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco has received a petition
from more than ttao-thirds of the abutting owners requesting the City of Pasco
to vacate certain streets and alleys in the,_northeast quarter of Section 32,
T wnship 9 North, Range 30 East; and
mPimAS, a public hearing is required on said vacation, NOW, THEREFORE,
Section 1. That a public hearing to consider vacation of the following
described streets and alleys in the northeast quarter of Section 32,"Township
9 North, Range 30 East, and within the City of Pasco will be held before the
City Council in the Council Chambers at City Pal 412 West Cl9a$ Stre t, Pasco,
Washington, at the hour of 8:00 p.m., on_ .� day of 1979.
STREETS: All of East "D" Street lying within the northeast
quarter of Section 32;
All of South Melrose Avenue lying south of the
north line of East "D" Street;
The west half of South Ash Avenue lying sough of
the north line of East "D" Street;
ALLEY: All of the ten -foot wide alley lving adjacent the
west line of Lot 1, Block 15, W. H. Steffin's 2nd
Addition.
Section 2. The City Clerk of the City of Pasco shall give notice of
said public hearing as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 2nd day of
July 1979.
