A RESOLUTION relating to the sale of city owned real property.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That members of the city staff are hereby authorized to enter
into negotiations for the sale of Lots 3, 4, and 5, 'Block 13, Pasco
Addition, as recorded in Volume "B" of plats, page 32A, records of
the Franklin County Auditor, for the reasons that the city has no
present need of or use for the lots, that there is an interested
buyer who needs to purchase the lots within a very short time and
that a negotiated sale would be in the best interest of the City
of Pasco. The council further resolves that one appraisal of the lots
be obtained from an independent person familiar with real estate
values in the City of Pasco. In determining the appraised value,
the appraiser shall take into consideration the use the buyer intends
to make of the properties.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 18 day
of June , 1979.
