A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to consider
vacation of a certain alley within the City of Pasco.
6z-mREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco has received a petition
from more than two-thirds of the abutting property owners requesting the City
of Pasco to vacate a certain,alley, and
TVIMEAS, a public hearing is required on said vacation; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO;
Section 1. That a public hearing to consider vacation of the following
described alley within the City of Pasco will be held before the City Council
in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 412 West Clark Street, Pasco, Washington,
at the hour of 8:00 p.m., on the 16 day of July , 1979:
ALLEY: The east -west alley in Block 6, Gantenbein's
Addition, Pasco, Franklin County.
Section 2. I"hat the City Clerk of the City of Pasco shall give notice
of said public hearing asrequired by law.
