REsoLUTION NO. 1253
A RESOLUTION accepting the work done by L. W. Vail ConK:any, Inc. on the
1978 Street Improvements.
4E AS, the work; done by L. W. Vail Company, Inc., under_ Job
No. 78-•3-02,L.I.D. No. 98, has been examimed by the City Engineer and the City
Engineer has found that the work on said project has been copleted in accordance
with the plans and specifications of said project, and it appears that the City
show now accept the same and concur in the Engineer's reccranendation; NOW,

BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF 7HE CITY OF PMCO:
That the City Council concurs in the Engineer's recorariendation and finds
that the work done under Job No. 78-3-02, L.I.N. No. 98, has been comleted in
accordance with the plans and specifications of said project, and that the sarin
be and is hereby accepted; and that the Department of Labor and Industries and
the Department of Revenue be notified of the acceptance of this work..
