A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to consider vacation
of a portion of Eighth Avenue within the City of Pasco.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the. City of Pasco has received a petition
from more than two-thirds of the abutting property owners requesting the City of
Pasco to vacata a certain portion of Eighth Avenue; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing is required on said vacation; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO.
Section 1. That a public hearing to consider vacation of the following
described portion of Eighth Avenue within the City of Pasco will be held before
the City Council in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 412 West Clark Street,
Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 8:00 p.m., on the 18th day of July, 1979.
STREET: That portion of South Eighth Avenue lying between "C" Street
and Ainsworth Avenue in Riverside Addition, Pasco, Franklin
County, Washington.
Section 2. That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco shall give notice
of said public hearing as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 21 day of May ,
1979.
