HomeMy WebLinkAbout1246 ResolutionRESOLUTION NO. 1246 A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for public hearing to consider vacation of a portion of Elm Street, Waldemar Street, and Cedar Street, all within the City of Pasco. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco has received a petition from more than two-thirds of the abutting property owners requesting the City of Pasco to vacate certain portions of certain streets, and WHEREAS, a public hearing is required on said vacation, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO: Section 1. That a public hearing to consider vacation of the following described portions of streets within the City of Pasco will be held before the City Council in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 412 W. Clark Street, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 8:00 p.m. on the 21st day of May, 1979: That portion of Elm Street, Waldemar Street and Cedar Street, all lying within the plat of Elliott's Addition, according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume "C" of plats, page 54, records of Franklin County, Washington. Section 2. That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco shall give notice of said public hearing as required by law. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 16 day of April , 1979. ATT �.
