BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
The City Council of the City of Pasco does hereby authorize the City
Engineer to sign a Letter of Agreement with CH2-M Hili Consulting Engineers,
for professional services associated with water system expansion on a retainer
basis, with total compensation to not exceed Two -Thousand Five -Hundred
Dollars ($2,500.00).
