BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
The City Council of the City of Pasco hereby approves the
Quit Claim Deed between the State of Washington, Department of
Transportation, and the City of Pasco, Washington, a copy of said
quit claim deed is attached hereto and by this reference incorporated
herein, and authorizes the Mayor of the City of Pasco to execute said
Quit Claim Deed.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 16 day
of Apri 1 , 1979.

Enclosed is the original, proposed Quit Claim Deed from the State -of
Washington for your review as to form. Please note that this instrument
has not been executed, and therefore, does not yet convey any title.
Please indicate your review of the instrument by signing your name on
the line provided. Do not have your signature acknowledged.
Also, please submit a check for the recording fee in the amount of
$4.00, made payable to the Franklin County Auditor.
Your review of the instrument as to form and your payment. of the recording
fee are both required by State law.
After you have signed the instrument as requested, please return it and
the requested check to us at your earliest convenience in the enclosed
return envelope. We will then, have the instrument executed and recorded.

IN THE MATTER OF SR 12 (PSH No. 3), Pasco -.Lewis St. Connection (Turnback).
KNO14 ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the STATE OF WASHINGTON, for.
and in consideration of the agreement of the parties entitled GM 957,
dated the 19th day of January 1979, hereby conveys and.quitclaims unto
the CITY OF PASCO, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington,
all its right, title and interest, in and to the following described
real property situated in Franklin County, State.of Washington:
That portion of the right of way of the Lewis Street Connection
to State Highway Route No. 12 in the City of Pasco extending from
a line drawn northerly -and southerly, radially to said right of
way, through Highway Engineer's Station (hereinafter referred to
as HES) P.O.S. 1'9+60 on the center line survey of said right of
way southeasterly to the westerly margin of Illinois St. in said
City, together with the right of way of the "B" Line - Service
Road of said highway and together with the right of way of the "C"
Line - Service Road of said highway, all as shown hatched on -
Exhibit "A", being of that certain plan entitled "Pasco Apprs
to Columbia River Bridge, Primary State Highway No. 3, Pasco -
Lewis St. Connection" attached hereto and by this reference made
a part hereof.
As a condition of this conveyance, the grantor.agrees to maintain
the access control at the 28th Avenue ("B" Line) connection from
a point opposite HES B-P.O.C. 4+50 on said "B" Line survey and
45 feet westerly therefrom southwesterly to a point. opposite'
HES P.O.S. 19+60 on the centerline survey of said Highway and
75 feet northerly therefrom, from a point opposite said DIES
P.O.S. 19+60 and 75 feet southerly therefrom southeasterly to a
point opposite HES B-P.O.T. 8+00 on said "B" Line survey and
45 feet westerly therefrom, from a point opposite HES B-P.O.T.
8+50 on said "B" Line survey and 45 feet easterly therefrom
northeasterly to a point opposite HES.P.O.S. 22+35 on the center
line survey of said Highway and 75 feet southwesterly therefrom
and from a point opposite and from a point opposite HES P.O.S.
21+85 on said center line survey and.75 feet northeasterly'therefrom
northwesterly to a point opposite HES B-P.O.C. 4+80 on said "B"
Line survey and 45 feet easterly therefrom.
The lands herein described are not required for State highway
purposes and are conveyed pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 78, Laws
of 1977, First Extraordinary Session.
