RESOLUTION NO. 3
A RESOLUTION accepting a Grant of Public Right -of -Way by the Port
of Pasco to the City of Pasco.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
The City Council of the City of Pasco hereby accepts the
Grant of Public Right -of -Way which the Port of Pasco executed on the
a 0 day of February, 1979, and which grants, gives, and conveys to
the Grantee, City of Pasco, on behalf of the public, its successors
and assigns, the right-of-way, including the privilege to construct,
maintain, repair and maintain a roadway, utilities, and appurtenances
thereto, and such other rights associated with the public right-of-way,
over and upon the following land, located in Franklin County, State
of Washington, to -wit:
The East 30 feet of the Southeast quarte , Southeast
quarter, Southeast quarter of Section �7 Township
9 North, Range 29 East, W.M., Franklin County,
Washington.
Excepting the South 30 feet.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this �� day
of February, 1979.

GRANT OF PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY
For valuable consideration, including the benefit of'the public .�`:,
interest, receipt of which`is hereby acknowledged, and Grantor, the
Port of Pasco, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington
hereby grants, gives, and .conveys to the Grantee, City of Pasco, on
behalf of the public, its successors and assigns, the right-of-way,
including the privilege to construct, maintain, repair and maintain
a roadway, utilities, and appurtenances thereto, and such other rights..
associated with the public right-of-way, over. and upon the -following ;=
land, located in Franklin County, State of Washington, to -wit:
The East 30 feet of the Southeast quarte , Southeast
quarter, Southeast quarter of Section Township 9
North, Range 29 East, W.M., Franklin County, Washington.
Excepting the South 30�feet.
The Grantor shall make no use of the land inconsistent with the'';..:."
Grantee's use of the public right-of-way.
The covenants herein contained shall run with the land and are
binding upon all subsequent owners thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantor has executed this instrument

foregoing instrument, and acknowledged the said instrument to be the
free and voluntary act and deed of said corporation, for the uses and
purposes therein mentioned, and.on oath stated that they are authorized
to execute the said instrument and that the seal affixed is the
corporate seal of said corporation. _
