A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to consider
vacation of a certain alley and a portion of "B" Street
within the City of Pasco.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco has received a
petition from more than two-thirds of the abutting property owners
requesting the City of Pasco to vacate a certain alley and a portion
of "B" Street, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing is required on said vacation; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
Section 1. That a public hearing to consider vacation of the
following described alley and the following described portion of "B"
Street within the City of Pasco will be held before the City Council
in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 412 W. Clark Street, Pasco,
Washington, at the hour of 8:00 p.m., on the 5th day of March, 1979:
ALLEY: The west half of the east -west alley in Block 3,
Gray's Amended Addition, Pasco, Franklin County.
STREET: The north 10' of "B" Street between and lying
adjacent to Lots 16 and 17, Block 3, Gray's Amended
Addition, Pasco, Franklin County.
Section 2. That the city clerk of the City of Pasco shall give
notice of said public hearing as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 5th day
of February 1979. ,
