A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to consider
vacation of a portion of Brown Street within the city of
Pasco.
WHEREAS, the city council of the city of Pasco has received a
petition from more than two-thirds of the abutting property owners
requesting the city of Pasco to vacate a portion of Brown Street, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing is required on said vacation; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
Section 1. That a public hearing to consider vacation of the
following described portion of Brown Street within the city of Pasco
will be held before the city council in the Council Chambers at City
Hall, 412 W. Clark Street, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 8:00 p.m.,
on the 5th day of February, 1979:
Street: That portion of Brown Street described as
the north 30 feet of the south half of the east half
of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of
the northeast quarter of Section 25, Township 9N,
Range 29 E.
Section 2. That the city clerk of the city of Pasco shall give
notice of said public hearing as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 2 day of
January , 1979.
