A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to consider
vacation of a certain alley within the city of Pasco.
WHEREAS, the city council of the city of Pasco has received a
petition from more than two-thirds of the abutting property owners
requesting the city of Pasco to vacate a certain alley, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing is required on said vacation; NOW,
THEREFORE, .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
Section 1. That a public hearing to consider vacation of the
following described alley within the city of Pasco will be held before
the city council in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 412 W. Clark
Street, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 8:00 p.m., on the 5th day
of February, 1979:
Alley: The west half of the east -west alley in Block 8,
Gantenbein's Addition, situated in the northwest quarter,
of Section 32, Township 9N, Range 30 E.
Section 2. That the city clerk of the city of Pasco shall give
notice of said public hearing as required by law.
